10/22/25 Today was one of the best days in my life. I am a 76 year old man, who can easily get upset. Justin and Lee, Service Representatives, are the BEST I have ever had help in dealing with a car repair/maintenance. Never mind my ARIYA NISSAN was troubled by a faulty EV Charger at Sam’s Club. Towed by AAA - Nissan Assistance to Service Department. It was recommended I rent a car for one day, because the initial diagnosis was an all day repair. I am telling you, Justin and Lee, especially Lee, got the ball going, and got my Ariya available and ready to drive home to Andalusia in less than 4 hours. A miracle! I have never, and I mean never been treated that well, by a car service department, by two servicemen, at a car dealership. Thank you. Thank you very much! Larry Popwell Andalusia

Service is good

We were driving home (Mobile, AL) on a Sunday afternoon when the transmission went out in our Nissan Titan in Prattville. AL. On Monday morning we had the truck towed to Jack Ingram Nissan in Montgomery, AL. Upon arriving at the dealership we were met by Richard Provitt, Service Consultant. Richard was very professional as well as very personable. He put us at ease that we would be taken care of quickly. He was true to his word as our truck was ready to go on Wednesday morning. The Shop Manager, Robert, was very professional and personable as well. Both of these guys were understanding of our situation and said they would get on it right away. When we went to pick up our truck and pay for the service the young man that took our payment also was very professional as well as personable. I cannot say enough how much we appreciate their kindness.

This review is for Ashley and Jason specifically, who helped me trade in my beat up 2018 Nissan Kicks for a 2025 Nissan Rogue. They helped me get a deal I don’t think I’d be able to find anywhere else. Their professionalism and helpful attitude made my experience buying a car the best one I’ve had yet!

He is a man of his word… And he simply is always there when we call or text… we are now on our fifth or sixth Audi over the last 15 years… Service is everything… And Charles is doing one heck of a good job staying on top of service for us! Maintenance message popped up on my '24 Nissan Rogue to service engine oil. Called service dept to make an appointment. Was able to get in same day in which I was happy because I was off for doctor's appointments. Left it there to get to my appointment. Scott took good care of me and my vehicle. I told him that I might not be done before they closed at 5 and he offered to leave my keys in the sales department if I didn't make it back in time. Fortunately I did, and he even took care of another issue that at first I was going to have to make another appointment for. Thanks Scott for your professional attitude and service and to the Jack Ingram Service Dept!! Sending a shout out also to the Sales Dept for putting me in my 2024 Nissan Rogue Platinum back in August of last year. Still enjoying it and all the features that come with it!!
